2020 update:
We are thrilled to present our latest testimonial from Susan Radolf and in March we will be doing the third job for Joe Delucco, this time adding a new bathroom on the second floor of their West Hartford Colonial. When it comes to bathroom or kitchens projects, you would be wise to consider Bathroom Pros and Patrick Malloy. Over the last 3 years, Bathroom Pros have been in my house to perform total gut-out projects including a large hallway full bath and smaller ½ bath and a full master bathroom. I loved the work they did so much I requested their expertise for our recently completed total kitchen renovation project. I could not be happier with the quality of work performed by this organization of highly skilled carpenters and plumbers. I found the team extremely easy to work with and they reviewed each step of the project and timeline in detail so there were no surprises during any of the 3 projects. In fact, I was pleasantly surprised how efficiently the team worked, with minimal disruption to our daily routines, as the construction progressed. They take great pride in their work as evidenced by the “extra” little things they did during the projects. They are very creative and came up with great ideas during the construction process which the designer didn’t even think of, to make certain aspects of the trim work and finishing touches really pop! There were times I wondered how they were going to overcome some unexpected obstacle during all 3 projects, but they handled all problems expertly and to my great satisfaction.
The bid I received for the 3 projects were competitive with the other bids I received. In addition, Pat sticks to the “no extra charges” pledge. It was certainly very nice to know the “extras” they did were part of the contracted rate.
As expressed many times to Pat, his work on all 3 major projects have EXCEEDED my expectations and it is with great pleasure to write this letter of reference for Bathroom Pros.
